Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath - Various Dates

from £15.00

immerse yourself in a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath to calm your nervous system, release tension, and guide you into profound rest.
Step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of deep rest and restoration.

This Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath session is an invitation to fully let go. You’ll be gently guided into a state between waking and sleep, where the body can deeply relax and the nervous system can reset. As you rest comfortably, soothing sound vibrations wash over you, supporting release, regulation, and renewal.

This practice is especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, wired but exhausted, or in need of deep replenishment. No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself to be held in stillness.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and deeply nourished.
