My Story

Hi, I’m Crescentia, a Yin Yoga teacher and nervous system specialist offering nervous system support for midlife women through Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and retreats.

I’ve always lived life in the fast lane.
Working hard, playing hard, and believing I was coping just fine.

In 2022, everything changed.

I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (AFib), and suddenly I came face to face with my own vulnerability. The diagnosis knocked my confidence and left me questioning my body in a way I never had before. What I thought was resilience was, in reality, my nervous system stuck in overdrive.

For years, I had lived in a state of coping —
functioning on the outside, but wired, tired, and overwhelmed on the inside..

My Body Wasn’t Broken.

After my AFib diagnosis, I immersed myself in research, determined to understand what was happening in my body. Slowly, a truth became impossible to ignore: the fast-paced, high-stress lifestyle I loved was taking a toll on my health.

My body wasn’t broken.
It was overwhelmed and dysregulated.

That realisation marked the beginning of a very different journey. I began to slow down — not out of weakness, but out of necessity. Through Yin Yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and somatic practices, I discovered something I didn’t realise I’d lost: space.

Space to breathe.
Space to feel.
Space to come home to myself.

Nervous System Support for Real Life

Today, I support midlife women who feel anxious, stressed, exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. Women who are living with chronic stress, health challenges like AFib, or the constant feeling of being “on edge.”

My work focuses on nervous system regulation — helping you move out of survival mode and into a calmer, more balanced state where your body can rest, restore, and heal.
